He has spent the last twenty-four years providing education and training to the legal community. He provides no-cost consultations to the legal and judicial community. He helps counsel to identify barriers to a settlement and how to distribute settlement funds without endangering government benefit eligibility for the injured and/or their dependents.
His competencies include, Fiduciary Analysis, Spend-downs, Agency notifications, SSA POMS, DHCS Rules, Medicaid & SSI Rules, Housing, EBT & SNAP, Catastrophic injury life planning.

He feels it is a great privilege to serve the injured and at risk. Will has spent most of his adult life in service to others. He has been a firefighter, paramedic, respiratory therapist and served on a Pediatric/Neonatal Helicopter flight team in Tallahassee Florida. He also has worked as the State Director of TQM for Columbia Healthcare Corporation as a Medicare and Medicaid auditor.
In addition, he has survived malignant Melanoma and because of complications is now visually impaired with just eighteen degrees of sight. This unique career history and life experiences are what drives him to spend his life helping others.
