A CPT Institute No-Cost Educational Training
Community & Professional Training (CPT) Institute is a 501 (C)(3) Non-Profit Charity whose company mission is to provide education and training to the legal community to help protect clients' government benefits, such as Medi-Cal and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) post-settlement. By booking a no-cost one-on-one, firm, monthly chapter meeting, or group training, you are helping support our cause and protecting our charitable exemption. Since 1994, CPT Institute has helped approximately 10,000 clients our goal in the next 5 years is to reach 5000 more.
Educational Training
Our 30 - 60 Minute Educational Training is led by our Executive Director, Will Lindahl who has 25 years of expertise in the industry. Our educational training is designed to be in-person and virtual.

Executive Director
He has spent the last twenty+ years working at CPT Institute providing education and training to the legal community. He provides no-cost consultations to the legal and judicial community. He helps counsel to identify barriers to a settlement and how to distribute settlement funds without endangering government benefit eligibility for the injured and/or their dependents.
His competencies include, Fiduciary Analysis, Spend-downs, Agency notifications, SSA POMS, DHCS Rules, Medicaid & SSI Rules, Housing, EBT & SNAP, Catastrophic injury life planning.
