Personal Admin Assistant

Marvin is a Personal Administrative Assistant and Sales professional at CPT Institute, where he specializes in customer service, outreach, exhibiting, networking, qualifying cases, and project management. With a background in Account Management and Operations Management, Marvin has been instrumental in key initiatives, including assisting the CPT team with the Center bankruptcy transition and creating a streamlined booking experience for both sources and internal staff. He also supports the Executive Director in achieving outreach goals.

Marvin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from San Diego State University, with an emphasis on Geology, Geography, and Sustainability. His industry experience spans both the automotive and non-profit sectors, and his core skills include customer service, purchasing, accounts payable, scheduling, and travel planning.

Outside of work, Marvin enjoys traveling, attending concerts, being outdoors, and exploring diverse cuisines. He values spending time with his wife, dog, and cat. His current professional goal is to support CPT Institute in increasing its impact by raising awareness of the charity and helping more people in need.
