A secure online portal empowers clients to track balances, request disbursements, and review trust activity 24/7—boosting transparency and convenience.
6. Cost-Effective Solutions
As a non-profit, CPT Institute often provides more affordable trust administration compared to for-profit alternatives, potentially saving the trust thousands over its lifetime.

8. Personalized Service
CPT Institute tailors services to meet each beneficiary’s unique situation—whether it’s managing disbursements or assisting with eligibility-related needs.
9. Annual Independent Audits
Independent financial audits are conducted annually and reported directly to the Board—not the Executive Director—ensuring high standards of integrity and transparency.
10. Long-Term Stability
With a focus on sustainability rather than short-term gains, CPT Institute offers long-term trust management you can count on—especially critical for lifelong care planning.
Transparency
At CPT Institute, we understand how overwhelming it can be to plan for your financial future, especially when facing long-term disability. Our clients count on us to manage their trust assets safely and securely while maintaining eligibility of important government benefits including Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
When choosing a nonprofit organization to manage your trust, transparency is vital. With CPT Institute, clients have access to their accounts through a secure, online portal so they can review their balance and all activity in real-time. An independent accounts audit is conducted annually with results submitted to our all-volunteer board whose members work with those with special needs or who are in the medical profession. Each quarter, trust performance reports are provided to the board for review. Our actions are always marked by honesty and transparency.
